Description
Fiery* X2e, unable to print from the parallel connector.
Solution
CAUSE: The parallel port is disabled in the network setup.
SOLUTION: Enable the parallel port in the network setup from the control panel by performing the following:
1. Press Menu and scroll with the up arrow until you reach Reboot Server, then press Set.
2. At the setup message press any key.
3. With the run setup message press Set to access all setup menus.
4. Scroll with the down arrow until you reach Network Setup and press Set.
5. Scroll with the down arrow to Port Setup and press Set.
6. Scroll with the down arrow to Parallel Setup and press Set.
7. At the Enable Parallel message scroll with the down arrow to Yes and press Set.
8. Continue to press the Set button until you exit the network setup.
9. Press Set when yes is displayed to save changes.
10. Press Set to exit set up.

Fiery* X2e, when performing AutoCal2, Error 11 is displayed on the control panel of the Fiery.
Solution
CAUSE: Either the grayscale strip and/or the color measurement page is not aligned properly on the printer glass.
SOLUTION: Align the top left corners of the grayscale strip and the color measurement page with the arrow at the top left corner of the printer glass.
Note: Make sure the patches on the grayscale strip do note overlap the color patches.

Description
Editor board, how to adjust editor board touch panel.
Solution
To adjust the editor board touch panel perform the following:
1. On the initial screen of the editor, tap the circles in the four corners in clockwise order starting with the upper left one. This sets the editor into service
mode.
2. Precisely tap the center of each of the five "+" markers on the display with the touch pen and tap the end key. The "+" markers may be taped in any order.
Note: Do not operate the board check key to the left of the pen input adjust key on the service mode menu bar, as it is only for factory adjustment and
checks.
