CAUSE: The drawer in position detection sensor (PC5) is contaminated with fuser oil.
SOLUTION: Replace PC5 (p/n 11UM85010) and check the fuser unit for the source of the oil leak.

How to enter a new 'Administer Code Number' for ECM (electronic copy monitor).
Solution
To enter a new Administer Code Number, perform the following:
1. Press UTILITY.
2. Press METER COUNT on the touchscreen.
3. Press STOP.
4. Press 0 (zero) twice from the keypad.
5. Press STOP.
6. Press 0 (zero) and then 1 from the keypad.
7. Press SETTING on the touchscreen.
8. Press ADMIN MODE on the touchscreen.
9. Enter new code number.
10. Press EX twice on the touchscreen.
11. Press PANEL RESET.
